I’m enjoying learning with Pebble. As I mentioned in the title, I like that it pushes me to speak, I need that. I am 15 days in, completed about 12/33 lessons in Foundation 1. I have learned 60 new words and earned a special Christmas hat for Pebble!

Pretty neat
I stumbled across this app on Reddit. I’m learning French, and I’ve been enjoying it so far. The only thing I’ve been wondering about is whether it should be a bit stricter with pronunciation. It seems more relaxed compared to other language apps but of course, I could be wrong, lol.

Great speaking practice for beginners
Great app for practicing speaking and learning grammar structures. Repeat after me practice structure with examples and doesn’t punish you for making mistakes. Only drawbacks are: -No placement test to see what you know already. You must start with the basics and work through the entire lesson. -You can only select one language and cannot switch to practice both Spanish and French. -No hands free mode to practice as compared to some of the other language learning speaking apps.

Best for beginners and also for speaking. The app is really new and doesn’t have complete content yet but the process for beginners is really interesting because I find that you don’t forget the words that you’re learning as much as with other apps

I am trying to learn Spanish so I can communicate With a new member of our church and this app is making it easy for me. I am learning at my own pace 5 out of 5 stars.

Finally, a language app that focuses on speaking! I’m really enjoying this so far. It’s making me consider my pronunciation more and helps constructs phrases on the fly in my head. This is an area where the likes of Duolingo falls short, as it’s too focused on reading and writing. I’m hoping it continues to move in this direction and not becoming overly gamified.
